al999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the al999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Match-fixing, collusion with other players, or attempting to influence the outcome of any event on which you have an open bet.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes in your favour. Any winnings arising from a known system error will be voided.
• Sharing account credentials, allowing third parties to operate your account, or using another person's payment method without authorisation.
